Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At HiCase, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of delivery regardless of the reason.

Eligibility for Return, Exchange & Refund

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery if:

  • You received a faulty, damaged, or defective item.

  • You received the wrong size or wrong product.

  • You simply did not like the product.

  • The product did not meet your expectations.

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

To be eligible:

  • The item(s) must be unused.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with labels, tags, and protective stickers attached.

  • Items should be in resellable condition.


How to Apply for a Return or Refund

To request a return, exchange, or refund, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will guide you through the return process.


Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for returning the parcel to us.

  • A shipping charge of Rs. 300 will apply for exchanges or when a replacement item is shipped back to the customer.


Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Product is returned successfully in eligible condition.

  • Exchange is not available.

  • Customer prefers a refund instead of exchange.

Refunds may be provided through:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit (depending on the situation).

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.


Exchange Policy

If you would like a different size, color, or product, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused.

  • Original packaging, labels, and protective stickers must be attached.


Processing Time

  • Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the parcel.

  • During sales or busy periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.


Non-Eligible Returns

We may refuse returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Return request is made after 14 days of delivery.

  • Product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  • Product is missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Product has been tampered with.
